With vaulted ceilings throughout and a fully-stocked kitchen, you can be assured a comfortable and unique experience. Located near Sunriver Village, within sight of the tubing hill and across the street from the SHARC, you can experience all the activities it has to offer. This home has 6 bikes for your use to ride throughout Sunriver and a hot tub to relax you when you are done. This home includes 6 SHARC passes and is a 1/2 mile walk to Sunriver Village. This home has two full bathrooms, two bedrooms and a loft. The two main bedrooms are the first floor. The living room has a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and a flat screen TV with streaming and Blu-ray player. The main bedroom, has an ensuite bath and queen Nectar mattress and TV with streaming. The guest bedroom has a new spring queen mattress. Both bedrooms have Roku streaming. The loft has two, twin XL beds. We also have 2 self-inflating twin air mattresses and bedding. The air mattresses are in the loft, inside a wooden chest. All mattresses have been replaced in the last two years. There is a folding desk in the closet of the guest bedroom. It includes a dedicated outlet, power strip, swivel-mount monitor, lamp and an office chair, but not terribly comfy. Laptop not included. Internet speeds are 150 Mbps up and down. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The kitchen should have everything you need to cook a full meal. We have a coffee maker and a Keurig in the pantry. We have a short folding dog fence in the hall closet as well as a dog gate and x-small dog crate out in the garage. Crate dimensions of 22.5" L x 13.5" W x 16" H. We have a Hold-em style poker table hanging on the wall in the garage, and it includes 10 folding chairs. The ping pong table has been setup in the garage and there are string lights hanging from the rafters. Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund. Well-behaved dogs welcomed, limit of 2 please, pet fee applies. There is a doorbell camera that records when motion is detected and a live-stream can be viewed remotely, real-time, any time of the day. SHARC passes do not allow access to owner fitness center, owner pool and other owner-specific amenities. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to everything. Even though it’s just across the road from SHARC and right next to one of the many bike paths, the setting felt serene and private.The home was clean and had everything we needed, especially the well-equipped kitchen, which we really appreciated since we enjoy cooking most of our meals. The BBQ was in good condition, and the hot tub was spotless—a perfect way to unwind after a day enjoying the outdoors. We explored nearby trails at Lava Lands and Newberry, and also made our way to Benham Falls—all just a short drive or bike ride away. On Saturday night, we attended a public event at the Sunriver Observatory, which was only five minutes from the cabin. We also spent an afternoon rafting the Upper Deschutes River with Sun Country Tours in Bend, just 15 minutes away.Communication with the owners was excellent—friendly, responsive, and helpful. The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and the hot tub was wonderful after a long day! The beds were very comfortable for a great night’s sleep. It’s very convenient to the Shark. The only downside is that house and deck are so close to a main bike path and the main road. Whenever we had issues, Mike responded so quickly.My husband and I stayed with my daughter’s family including 2 years old and 4 years old grandchildren. So will Be short: This is very clean nice small house that can easily fit 8 people. Fully stocked kitchen (they even have food wrap), nice fireplace (gas but looks like real wood one), very functional loft with 3 beds - ideal place for kids. Location - really across the former tubing hill - very convenient for winter stays. Memory foam mattresses. Home organization - rooms/space organization is not boring, but easy to navigate. This property provides that. Lots of wood in and out, and a warm stone fireplace. Very comfortable floorplan that offers a front deck with hot tub and a back deck with a good view of the woods and the tubing hill across the street. Also good deer watching from the back deck. Furniture, flooring, bedding were all clean and comfortable. All kitchen appliances were new, or newer. Took awhile to find all utensils. But we found everything we needed. 5 bikes were available in the garage. We did use them, but we still prefer to bring our own. We do hope to stay here again on our next Sunriver vacation. Also, the homeowners are easily accessible and responsive. Many thanks for a great experience! ##### Steven R.
