Beautiful and spacious vacation villa with communal pool in a private residential area in Benaguasil, Valencia. 6 people and 2 pets are welcome. The villa is divided into 2 independent rooms: The main building, consisting of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The second building, consisting of 1 bedroom, dressing room, 1 bathroom and living room-basement. The urbanization offers a swimming pool, gable court, basketball court, soccer field, swings, large promenades and a social club where you can order a delicious Valencian paella. In the same club the password for internet access is given. Outside you can expect a large plot with large gardens, 3 terraces, orchard, children's swings and barbecue. For convenience, there is parking both on the property and on the street. The vacation home is very close to the capital of Valencia and the famous motorcycle route of Cheste. It offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The river Turia runs just a few meters from here. Excellent opportunities for hiking and biking in the area.
Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2024; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open July - end August.
