You will enjoy having a good time in our house and on its enclosed terrace of 30m². 100 meters from the port of Saint-Cado with its legendary view of the "house on the water", and from the island of Saint Cado accessible by its bridge. A family beach awaits you a few meters further. Proximity to many coastal paths housing the Etel estuary. You will enjoy a lively fishing village that has kept its soul and peaceful atmosphere. You can have a good time in its bars and restaurant. Housing : On the ground floor: living room of 35 m², with a fireplace, opening onto an equipped kitchen.
