A very comfortable holiday home in Ria d'Etel. Sea view. Charming and quiet.

Ria d'Etel is a magical place where charm and tranquillity rule the day. It is a "mini Morbihan gulf". The house is located at the end of the second row of houses, opposite Niheu island. It was fully renovated in 2005 and has a modern kitchen and 3 bathrooms with all the mod cons. It is perfect for accommodating several families with children. There is a stream from the Ria just 5 min away by foot and the sandy seaside beaches are a 15 min drive away. The market town of Belz has all the shops inc. newsagents, post office and supermarket.

Une semaine de vacances reussie malgré un temps affreux grâce à l organisation de cette maison solide avec un lieu de vie à chaque étage. Les transats indisponibles ainsi que les vélos inutilisables ne nous ont pas génés.. ce qui aurait été le cas s il avait fait beau. La terrasse en très mauvais etat a besoin d être refaite. Bon point de départ pour découvrir la région.

Très belle maison. Un accueil très sympathique et à notre écoute. Il manque quelques petits détails : miroirs dans les chambres, penderie dans trois chambres.

Tres bon sejour à Belz. Bonne grande maison
Bon emplacement, grande maison avec plein de chambres et salles de bain pour 4 familles. Cuisine fonctionnelle et grands sejours. On a decouvert une region. Merci A ameliorer: Le materiel cuisine n'est pas de premiere jeunesse mais il ne manque rien. L'option literie pas top, linges de maison à renouveler.

Parfait !
Très positif. Bon contact avec les personnes référentes qui ont été arrangeantes sur les horaires d’arrivée et de départ. La maison est grande et confortable. Très bien équipée pour cuisiner et passer de bons moments. L’environnement est agréable également, avec la proximité de la ria, de jeux pour enfants, des sentiers de promenades, etc. Un très agréable séjour !

Emplacement idéal à 2 pas de Saint-Cado pour un séjour en famille
Nous avons passé un long week-end en famille, dans cette location située à Belz, à proximité de l’île de Saint-Cado. Nous y avons été très bien accueilli. La maison, dont l’intérieur a été rénové récemment, est spacieuse et très bien équipée, permettant de passer un agréable séjour. Les 6 chambres et 3 salles de bain permettent l’accueil d’une grande famille. La proximité d’une petite plage et d’aire de jeux pour enfants en font un lieu de vacances familiales par excellence. Le centre de Belz, et de ses commerces, est à 2 pas, comme de multiple chemin de promenades. Cependant l’extérieur de cette maison aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement, comme la vaste terrasse équipant cette habitation. Un espace extérieur plus vaste lui donnerait encore plus d’atout. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et n’hésiterons pas à y séjourner à nouveau si l’occasion se présente.

Excellent séjour entre amis
La maison est très logeable pour plusieurs familles (nous étions 3 familles). et adaptée pour les jeunes enfants (jeux, chaise haute, lit bébé). Possibilité de faire des balades à pied agréables et aire de jeux pour enfants à proximité. Petits bémols pour l’accès à la plage en voiture et la vue sur la rivière cachée par les arbres.
