Die Vermietung läuft über eine Agentur, die außergewöhnlich gastfreundliche Hauseigentümerfamilie wohnt aber nebenan und ist immer sehr offen und hilfsbereit gewesen. Die Familie und der gemeinsame Terrassen-und Poolbereich, den man sich mit den benachbarten (Touristen) Bewohnern des Mille Colline Turmes teilt, sorgen für ein entspanntes und nettes Miteinander und tolle Gespräche!
