Unfortunately the rooms have thin walls and the guy sleeping in the next room was up all night getting sick in the bathroom. We didn’t get a good sleep

The maintenance man who changed our AC at midnight was an impressive character. Really personable and friendly. Changed out our AC in like 10 minutes . He was the highlight of our stay probably lol . We told the front desk around the time we checked in about our room being stuck at 76f degrees and they suggested a way to fix the issue but it didn’t help. My kids were sweating their butts off sleeping with their shirts off when I got back late from the slots. Our room was hotter than the sauna was probably. (Tightest slots I’ve ever seen btw, went through 300$ in about an hour on 1$ bets , not even a bonus round) I’m not bitter about that tho the place was dirty , gum stuck on the light bulbs of lamps, hair all over the room. Not ours. Anyhow the place just feels like it could be much better, dining options limited late, couldn’t get room service for my young kids they don’t offer it. . The pool area was crowded and noisy with what appeared to be staff members family . No offense to them but it should be for paying guests only.We’ll probably look elsewhere next time we go stay at a hotel/casino. Maybe 7 Cedars , Tulalip would be a better option. I’m not a really review guy but Expedia asked.

I like being able to check in early, may not be the case all the time, it did this time. Clean rooms and very quiet at night.... Staff was very polite and helpful....

Bathroom shower had 2 long hairs attached to side. Hair around base of toiler and a Reese peanut butter cup wrapper on floor. Sheat source extremely loud when it would kick on.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, although we did not have daily housekeeping, the front desk was quick to give us what we required. The onsite Steak House had the best steak, I have ever had.. I highly recommend eating here. The casino was kept clean, and staff were friendly and readily available. I would recommend staying here.

Nice room. However electrical outlet in bathroom didn't work making it very inconvenient for my wife to use her hair blower and curling iron. Also, the shampoo dispenser in the tub/ shower was plugged so had to use the conditioner. Otherwise room was nice size with an 3xcellent TV. Your casino was more than fair at the slots contrary to the very poor return from the Great Canadian Casino in our area near Vancouver.
