The room initially smelled like marijuana, but it faded after about a day. The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was okay. Clean sink, clean toilet, the shower was not as clean. Staff was friendly. The walls were thin, so there was a lot of hallway and room noise during the days.
For the price it was worth it.
Ice machines didn’t work, there was no elevator, and the door latch / flip guard was missing.
Bed and linens were clean and comfortable.
Seems rundown. Apparently was recently a Days Inn. No wifi, no cups or glasses in room, no elevator, ice machine not working. First room didn't have a toilet seat. Staff relocated me immediately. On the other hand, 2 fridges in my room, quiet, clean.
Checked in at 10 pm to find no one at desk and a hand written note to call the main desk number. The desk phone rang when we called the number on the hand written note. The next morning - still no attendant. There is no breakfast and no way to make coffee in the rooms. The bathrooms were modestly clean - it seemed the cleaning staff was doing the best they could with what they had. Some evidence that some guests were long term. The beds were not comfortable. The only thing one could say is the location is good - surrounding area was a nice neighborhood and close to campus. Will not stay here again.
As soon as we enter the building, it smells, the hallway stinks. The bed was okay, looks like it’s clean, the bath tub has yellowish part of it, the shower was cold no hot and cold, it was ice cold. The sink in the bathroom has hot water and I don’t understand why no hot water in the shower, one of the sink outside the bathroom was clogged and the water won’t go down. We can hear some loud footsteps from occupants of the room above and noise from the hallway, so the stay was not pleasant and we were not able to sleep well. For the rate of over $200, I don’t think the stay was worthy. We will never go back to that FairBridge again.
This place used to be a Rodeway Inn (that sign was still up which was confusing), and is still in the process of transitioning into being the FairBridge Inn. My room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and it was quiet. But the pool wasn’t open (but that was fine since it was raining), and no breakfast offered. But there’s a a Japanese steakhouse a block one way for dinner , and a couple of delicious places for breakfast & lunch a block in the other direction. So overall for the price, a great deal.

It's a cheap hotel and you get what you pay for. There was a broken window on one of the room windows (likely unoccupied) which was disconcerting. The parking lot seemed very sketchy, especially the back lot and I was advised to park in front which I did. The room was very noisy with lots of traffic in the halls and parking lot late at night (bring earplugs), the room had a funny smell (I am fragrance sensitive) and the bed was not comfortable (could feel springs.) The bathroom is very cramped, had a broken toilet seat, and the shower tile was grungy, but otherwise the room appeared clean. I turned on the heater and it smelled so bad I turned it back off. The hallways needed vacuuming badly. In the morning there was no coffee available until 7 AM and the vending machine was cash only. The staff member who checked me in was friendly and helpful getting me change in the morning. I would prefer to pay more and stay at a nicer hotel next visit.
For $80 a night, I guess you might be getting what you pay for. But, this hotel is... Really bad. There is absolutely no pool so don't even. Family friendly? Laughable. Not safe. Clean rooms? Also a laugh. I'm not at all joking that it has the feel of a psych ward in decor and with the other clientele.
Overpriced for the condition and quality of services.

Look man the room was $55 plus fees so I had zero expectations of even a friendly experience but this place was a pleasant surprise... yes they need new carpets but the place was super clean, comfy bed and excellent customer service. I'd stay again.

First of all the pictures do not match what it is actually like at all ... More like a motel 6. The first room we were given was horrible, holes in the bedding, the smell was HORRIBLE and there were bugs all over the walls and flying around the room! The second room we were given was slightly better, at least it didn't have the awful smell and bugs. Thankfully we were just there for one night on a road trip, but would definitely never stay there again.
Unsafe, sketchy, poorly managed, disrespectful staff, disastrously unclean. Do not go here under any circumstances, you'd be better off sleeping in your car than here.
