Welcome to our spacious and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath house! The main level features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a serene master bedroom with a queen-size bed. A bathroom is conveniently located on this level as well.

On the lower level, you`ll find another bedroom with a queen-size bed. Additionally, there`s a fun bedroom with bunk beds with twin mattresses, accommodating up to four guests. A second bathroom and a living room area complete this level, providing ample space for everyone to relax and unwind.

Outside, you`ll discover a jacuzzi overlooking the water, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine after a day of hiking. We offer two outdoor firepits—one conveniently located near the house and the other down by the lake, providing a tranquil setting to take in the magical views.

We also provide a double kayak and paddleboards for you to explore the serene beauty of the lake.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the space. Feel free to make yourselves at home and enjoy all the amenities and comforts our property has to offer. From the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms to the well-equipped kitchen, cozy living areas, and the outdoor jacuzzi, fire pits, and lakefront, the entire space is yours to explore and enjoy during your stay. We want you to have a memorable and comfortable experience, so please make yourselves at home and take advantage of everything our property has to offer.

To ensure a smooth parking experience and to minimize congestion, we kindly request that guests make carpool arrangements, allowing a maximum of 5 cars on the premises. Please note that the maximum occupancy of the property is strictly limited to 10 guests. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in a fee as per our house rules. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a comfortable and enjoyable environment for all.

These simple guidelines help us maintain a 5-star experience for you and future guests.

Registered Guests & Pets
• Only guests and pets included in the reservation are permitted on the property
• Unregistered visitors or overnight guests require prior approval
• A $100 pet fee per pet applies and must be included in the reservation

Pets are welcome, however:
• Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture
• Please clean up pet waste in all indoor and outdoor areas
• Additional cleaning due to pet hair, stains, or waste may incur a fee

Quiet Hours
• Please respect our neighbors and the surrounding community
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No parties, events, or excessive noise at any time

Furniture & Equipment
• If any indoor or outdoor furniture is moved (including patio furniture, kayaks, paddle boards, etc.), please return everything to its original location prior to departure

Smoking Policy
• Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited indoors
• Evidence of smoking indoors (including odor) will result in a $250 cleaning and deodorization fee

Stains & Damages
We understand that accidents happen — that’s why we provide stain remover products for towels and linens.
If a spill occurs:
• Please treat it as soon as possible
• Notify us if additional assistance is needed
• Unreported or permanent stains may result in replacement fees

Any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues must be reported:
• During your stay, or
• Within 24 hours after check-out

Check-Out Instructions
Before leaving, please:
• Wash dishes or start the dishwasher
• Dispose of garbage, recycling, and pet waste in proper bins
• Place used towels on the bathroom floor
• Turn off lights and heating/AC
• Close and lock all windows and doors
• Return moved furniture or outdoor items

Failure to follow check-out guidelines may result in additional cleaning fees.

Trash Collection
• Trash is picked up early Monday morning
• Take bins out Sunday night
• Separate garbage and recycling into labeled bins
• Avoid leaving loose trash outside (pickup may be skipped)
• Roll bins back to their original location after collection
