Hotel Julien Dubuque
Hotel Julien is showing signs of age. What was probably a lovely, boutique hotel now looks and feels tired and worn out. Staff were pleasant, rooms spacious and the location was great, but our room wasn't very clean, and the beds/bedding all needs a refresh.
