### Villa Eva - close to one of the best beaches in Mauritius, maid cooking lunch

Villa Eva is located in the east of Mauritius on a quiet and almost private beach, ideal for long walks, one of the most beautiful beaches followed by other creeks and luxury villas.  
The hotels, the One and Only Saint Geran and Belle Mare Plage are within walking distance; Their golf courses are world renowned, 0,5 km to 2 km from the villa. The Golf courses of The Legends, Anahita and Ile aux Cerfs are a 15 minutes drive away.  
Sport centers, scuba diving or kite schools are available on the white sandy beaches of Belle Mare at 10 minutes drive.  
  
The villa and bungalow annex can be rented together for 8 people (if you’re a group of 2 to 6 people, the bungalow annex shall not be rented separately)   
  
The “Plus” of this wonderful villa: the private beach and the sea to your feet, palm trees and fruit trees, many birds, quietness, large garden with swings for children, space for volleyball and football, terrace overlooking the ocean, internet / wifi in entire house and terrace, kayaking, .... Cooking of lunch included (food and beverage not included)  
Cooking of diner with full service possible with extra fee; Private Boat pickup in front of villa to go to Ile aux Cerfs and other Tours;   
Swimming with the Dolphins in Le Morne;   
Nespresso machine  
and much more to ensure a pleasant stay.  
  
Villa Eva lays in a Bay which looks north and is therefore secluded from the winds in winter, so that you can enjoy the terrace and beach as in summer!  
  
A fisherman delivers lobsters, fish, shrimp and crabs depending on season and weather.  
  
A housekeeper works Monday to Saturday for 4-5 hours. She takes care of the villas's laundry and cleaning; she makes ​​the beds and does the washing up. Another housemaid cooks Mauritian specialties for lunch if you do the shopping; she can accompany you the first time. The maid’s services are included in the price. Food and Beverage are not included.  
However, if there is too much household, and the maid must work overtime for cooking, it will not be included in the rental cost. She can also cook dinner and serve at extra cost.  
  
There is internet ADSL and wifi in the entire Villa and outside, Large Smart TV, satellite channels with Netflix, New and fully equipped kitchen with large Fridge and spacious freezer, three kayaks;  
The garden has an infinite green lawn to the delight of children, a volleyball space, there is also a swing. The thatched roof gazebo overlooking the beach is wonderful for lunch, barbecues or cozy evenings enjoying a cocktail.

#### Wonderful villa by the sea

Dominique's villa is every bit as beautiful as the photos on the website. The house was clean and tidy and interestingly laid out with lots of different spaces to sit and eat, both inside and outside. Having the canoes to use from the beach was a lovely addition and we enjoyed using them. Bernadette and Sandhi were incredibly helpful and kind and prepared some meals for us which was a great help. Transport was well organised and the hire car was ideal for getting around the island \[we did need that to get to the shops and see other local places\]. All in all, a wonderful holiday in a superb location. Thank you Dominique!

#### Oasis of calm

We enjoyed our stay with our 2 teens boys 18 and 16\. The house is as advertised and is in a lovely spot on the beach sheltered from the August winds allowing full use of the enormous, beach facing terrace without any issues. Strong Wifi, big TV, and big beds were a hit with our boys. Since it’s dark early in Mauritius, it was nice to have the smart TV for them to watch YouTube, etc. The beach to the left side is fantastic and if you have smaller kids, there is a lovely, large rock pool around the corner a few extra steps to the right. Even in August we were in every day—first chilly, then perfect. All amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, microwave, Nespresso machine or drip coffee maker plus huge refrigerator/freezer. SuperU and other shopping only 15-20 minutes away and if you don’t rent a car, although recommended through the house they will arrange via Mauritius Car Rental, the St Geran had a taxi stand at the entrance to their hotel where many taxis waited for fares. We couldn’t get into the hotel restaurants as they were only allowing guests to eat, so grilled at home which was much cheaper anyway. The ladies who mind the house were lovely lol and not intrusive at all with 1 coming for a couple hours each day and will do laundry if needed. We left only this morning and look forward to returning again one day soon. It has been a wonderful holiday.

#### Traumurlaub

Traumlage, Traumhaus, leider schlecht in Schuss und lieblos betreut. Wir fanden nicht einmal genug Gläser für uns alle 7 vor und kauften nach. Auch Töpfe und Pfannen mussten wir vor Gebrauch abwaschen und den gesamten Geschirrspüler komplett reinigen. Den beiden Damen vor Ort kauften wir Putzmittel. Aber Lage und Ausblick sowie die Architektur des Hauses waren wirklich sehr sehr schön.

Une villa magnifique sur une plage de sable blanc et le lagon. La situation est idéale, au calme et vraiment à l'abri des vents. Une maison tout en rondeur dans laquelle on se sent tout de suite bien. Très smart. Nous avons passé un séjour en famille inoubliable
