I out the breakfast server and asked if there was a way to get a cup of coffee without pressing 15 times. She quickly came out and showed me how it worked, press down half-way then press a little further four times? She thanked me for asking. The hotel needs to get more user-friendly coffee carafes. This server can't stand there and give all of the guests lessons in pumping. Otherwise, Great Place!"

"The hotel is close enough to kings Island that it was exactly what we needed for the weekend,staff members were polite however parking was very limited. Rooms were kinda small we reserved queen sized beds were small "
