We spent the weekend here with our 2 young kids and 2 dogs. It was a great fit for our needs. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The set up was quite spacious. There was no deadbolt and the chain lock had been removed from the front door; there was a significant amount of “play” with the balcony door (which was only a few feet off of the ground and easily climbable) Security in the unit is a definite concern.The toilet’s flushing mechanism was non-functional and i had to open the tank each time i needed to flush it. While the unit was clean, i did hear something in the walls. Most concerning was their lack of respect and attitude toward me. I was in possession of the unit for approximately 34-35 hours. During that time the unit was entered not less than 2 times. Not for emergency reasons, or time sensitive matters, but instead to winterize lawn sprinklers, or at least that was their claim. I was forced out for basically 5 hours (they didn’t know when, just “mid day” ) Because of this I wad required to remove all of my belongings as I possessed sensitive and confidential client information which couldn’t be left unattended while “Darrell” had access. I spoke with Shawn and Katherine regarding this concern prior to their entry and it was brushed off by them. No attempts or efforts were made by them to have the sprinklers winterized at a more appropriate time. All basic items were provided (shampoo, hand soap, tp, garbage bags) and the bed was super easy to open and close. It was nice being so close to the pool and restaurants at the hotel.
