  • Comfortable and spacious 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condominium unit w/ expansive decking overlooking the entire first fairway of the Arnold Palmer designed Legend Golf Course at Shanty Creek Resorts. Short walk to all the amenities at Summit Village, including the main Lakeview Hotel and restaurant, Timberline shops, pools, playground, and The Legend and Summit pro shop.

    This unit features two master suites with king bed in each bedroom, Jacuzzi tub in both bathrooms, full kitchen, family living area and in-unit laundry. Well designed to accommodate two couples, or families with up to a total of 8 occupants.

    All guests are welcome to use the indoor or outdoor pools at The Lakeview Hotel, and the beach club facilities on Lake Bellaire (2 mile drive). At Shanty Creek Resorts you have your choice of 5 championship golf courses, tennis and pickleball courts, biking/hiking trails, and multiple dining options.,

    Shanty Creek is 2 miles from downtown Bellaire and Short’s Brewery, 15 minutes to Torch Lake, 45 - 50 minutes to Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey or Gaylord. In the heart of The Chain of Lakes, Shanty Creek is centrally located to take in so many great destinations in northern Michigan!
