With a queen bed in the private master and 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom, its a great place for 2 couples or a family with 2 children. There is a queen sofa sleeper and a queen blow-up bed for additional sleeping space. You are just steps from the ski hill at Schuss or in the summer the golf course is right out the door. You can hike over to Ivan's or drive over to Summit to tube or take a short road trip to Traverse City, Charlevoix or Petoskey. association outdoor pool in summer only, indoor pools--year round Please note: If not a family with kids, all guests must be 25 or older no pets allowed in Villa Monte, unless it belongs to the condo owner Please Note: a refundable security deposit is required on all rentals ranging from $100 to $500 based on the place. They charge a high price cleaning fee and then kept my security deposit because I left paper in the kitchen trash. What is the cleaning fee for? With many different selections for condos at Shanty Creek, I would choose a different Condo moving forward. Its a high sun unit, great showers, huge vintage jacuzzi, comfy beds, shady parking spot, a fine stop for a couple exploring the area or skiing for a shorter stay. I recommend.
