The home was beautifully updated, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. Its location couldn’t be more perfect, minutes from downtown Bellaire, making it super convenient to explore the area. It’s also set up wonderfully for families, including those with pets, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It was comfortable for all of us. This property was ideally located, close to downtown Bellaire (walking distance) and short driving distance to other sites (town of Alden, Torch Lake). The property was clean and had everything we needed. At first, we had difficulty locating the driveway. The instructions indicate to park in the back, but you had to turn down the side street and also turn on a private drive to locate the driveway. It wasn’t that intuitive. Overall, the property is well maintained but there were some holes in the walls from previous light or tv fixtures throughout the house. It doesn’t have central air, but there are portable air conditioning units in the living room and bedrooms. The units were pretty loud when they were on (so was a little tricky when trying to sleep), but it did keep the home cool - which worked great considering it was 90 outside. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would stay here again. ##### Megan D.
