I had a great experience at Santo Domingo bay resort. Only downfall I was not impressed with the food and I feel there is room for improvement when it comes to the quality and variety of the meals. Also, it seemed like housekeeping was not much of a priority for guests who did not book an upgraded room. Every guest should receive proper attention and good service, regardless of the room category they pay for.

The hotel has potential, good food, good entertainment, good amenities. However, the staff is more focus in their internal work drama than actually providing a good service to the people. I also speak Spanish and at every restaurant I knew something was going on between the staff, and it made me uncomfortable.
