Great place to stay. Accommodations were good and the host let us check in a little early so we could drop off our things as we were riding to blues bikes and bbq. Zero complaints….everything was top notch from beginning to end!

This was an excellent house for our needs, attending a wedding at the Mildred Cooper Chapel. The open living room/kitchen/dining room was the perfect place to hang out together before we retired to our rooms. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to town.

This is our secind tome stayign with this host and it was amazing! The host is so friendly, communicative and accomidating. Exactly What We Needed

Patrick's listing online was perfectly aligned with the property. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 spanning from a teenager to retirees. I would definitely stay here again. There was a cool little doughnut shop right down the hill that made for a quick breakfast on our way out of town.

Our Go-To Rental in Bella Vista

We've stayed here multiple times. It's our go-to rental when in Bella Vista. It's an easy arrival, check in, and we know what we are getting. This last stay was like visiting a home away from home when we walked in. (Still wish there was some place to put shampoo and supplies in the master bedroom shower though.)

amazing house

We were amazed that the property looked even better than the picture. parking was right in front especially for a handi cap person. That was so nice. It was so clean and coming from some one that had a house cleaning business, that is saying something. I would definitely book again with Patrick.
