Homey 3-bedroom condo

  • Your group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
    The space
    This 3 bedroom 3 bath is completely renovated!! Brand new furnishings!
    Yup 3 baths!!!

    The patio is quaint and screened but still open to the commons area behind the unit.
    Guest access
    This unit has everything! Washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, air fryer…etc.

    Guests can access all of the amenities connected to the Bella Vista Property Owners’ Association. bellavistapoa dot com

    Guest passes are available upon request and usually take 3-4 days to secure.
    Other things to note
    This property is just 1.5 miles from access to the 170 miles of mountain biking trails in the area.
    We have a pet policy. $250 refundable deposit and a $10 up to 10 pounds; $15 for those over.

    Unless there is an incident, the deposit is returned after cleaning,
