Great Getaway

Edge’s Trail

We picked this location for the biking trails. It was a great location and the cabin was perfect. Our only issue is that the only cabin that didn’t have working WIFI was our cabin. Everything else was great!

Great spot for mountain biking or golf

Everything as advertised. Back 40 mtb trail next to property. Indoor bike storage a plus. Only negative: cabins are fairly close so if you want to sleep in and your neighbors are up early you will hear them in the parking area. We would definitely return. Unit was bright and clean with mostly new furnishings throughout.

A weekend made with memories

This was the perfect place for spending a vacation with my adult children. We spent the day enjoying Bentonville square and Crystal Bridges and the evenings around the fire pit. It has a wonderful deck overlooking the trees and is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or listening to the rain in the evening. Everything was prepared for our arrival, it was awesome to just be able to relax and enjoy our weekend!

Perfect spot for mountian biking, every thing you need for biking right outside the door. The Back 40 trail is right out the back door!

Nice place and good location

New with a lot of amenities. Location is easy to get onto back 40 mountain bike trail. Other trails will probably need to drive to. Roads around property are narrow and hilly, difficult to bike to and from on. Fire pit is nice addition.
