    Tucked into a quiet wooded setting, our 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home gives you the best of Northwest Arkansas: bike to Back 40 trail access just 0.4 miles away, reach Bella Vista’s downhill bike park in about 9 minutes, or be in downtown Bentonville in approximately 17 minutes.

    Whether you’re coming to ride, explore, spend time on the lakes or simply slow down for a few days, the Beehive was designed to be the kind of place you actually enjoy coming home to.

    With two separate living areas, there’s plenty of space for couples, families or a small group traveling together.

    Upstairs, you’ll find a bright, open living space with a 55” smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and direct access to the elevated deck.

    Downstairs is made for kicking back after a day outside, with a 65” smart TV, reclining sofa, shuffleboard and walk-out access to the patio and backyard.
