Secluded in the forest, this beautiful two-level vacation paradise has unstoppable, restful vistas, lots of outdoor space, boat dock on a placid lake, and access to the best mountain bike trails in the country! With four comfortable bedrooms plus an office with a convertible day bed; 3.5 baths; efficient and equipped kitchen & dining room, both with eating areas; extensive deck areas; pine shiplap ceilings, two fireplaces, laundry facilities, and an appealingly open floor plan but still private spaces when needed; this vacation space is everything you’re looking for! Located in the heart of the Back 40 Bike Trails, there are mountain biking trails all around. Bikes are safe in the enclosed garage when not in use. Swim when it's hot in the man-made lake, then play games, solve world problems, or just relax at the deck table with your compatriots, or around the firepit below on the ground level. Spend the evening - or early morning, or anytime of day - enjoying the views of the lake, the wildlife, and the feeling of being lost in nature.
Cook on the grill, find one of the myriad restaurants in the area, or enjoy a picnic. Anything’s possible, and pleasant, at this delightful lake house home away from home!
NOTE: Please follow checkout instructions before departing; they’re in the guestbook on the counter, and very basic, but so helpful! Also, due to the frequency and expense of occurrence, there will be a base charge of $25 to return items left behind by guests. Please, check all rooms for personal belongings! Thank you!

Quiet, Peaceful and Relaxing

This property was great. It was easy to find and tucked away just enough to give an outdoorsy feel. The view of the lake was great as well. Highway access was easy, and neighboring cities are only a quick drive away.

Best Place Ever!

The owners of the home were amazing in their communication with us, from months before our stay and all the way up to our last day of the trip. Karla is a one of a kind host! The house was located perfectly and had everything we needed. We will be staying here again next year!

Family vacation

We had 12 people ages 4-65 for our family vacation. The house was big enough for all, with enough beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked, with plenty of table space for everyone. We loved swimming off the deck and exploring the area.

Awesome stay

We play Bella Vista courses once year. Our group of 12 plays for 3 days. This was a wonderful location with great hosts, clean home, and plenty of beds.

Back 40 stay

Nice, quiet neighborhood near the back 40 to do some hiking and close enough to Bentonville to enjoy other attractions easily. The house was perfect for our stay - clean and lots of room.

Wonderful property by the lake!

We had a fantastic stay at this house. We came for mountain biking with friends & the trails were just 0.5 miles away! The property felt like home, cozy & clean, it was great to relax by the fire at night! We loved it!

Fun house!

Kids loved the bunk room! Lots of fun fishing and swimming off dock. Drove to nearby beaver lake and rented a boat. Short drive to downtown Bentonville with lots of restaurants and fun activities!

Water and MTB Family here

This house was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room and beds for our large family. The access to the water was managable and the water was worth every step it took to walk down and up. Location was perfect for all that we wanted to do. The homeowners were easy to work with, communication was always quickly responded to and the home was nice and clean. Highly recommend this place!

Plenty of space, and everything was well labelled. Pretty close to everything we needed. Only real oddity was the bunk bed in the room with the queen, but i imagine thats probably got its uses, just not for our group

Beautiful setting- lots of space!!

My family,my sister’s family and my Dad stayed in this lovely lakefront property. There was plenty of room and the lake was beautiful! There is lots to do- we rented paddle boards and kayaks and went on a hike to Tanyard creek to see the amazing waterfalls! Highly recommend this property for the home, amenities- and the location is A+!!!

Beautiful Place

This home was exceptional. Everyone in our group loved the house, the room it had, the closeness to the lake, the dock, there was not one thing that we could criticize.
