The staff was super courteous and the suite was just what we needed! Such a prime location to grab coffee, dine, and come back to a peaceful space. It felt safe to go in and out of the building. I have already recommended The Gilmore to some friends.

The problem is their bedding. It ’s synthetic so you wake up sweating and then you get cold…then you wake up again sweaty. They need breathable bedding. Our shower floor was also greasy which was kinda gross. Food was really expensive but not great.

Staff was great and room clean. Loved that they gave us endless supply of water. One negative was we got married on this trip and my husband wanted to surprise me with rose petals on bed which the hotel says they do. But when they found out we booked thru expedia they would not do it. I was very disappointed.

Lots of outside noise at night making a good nights sleep nearly impossible. Also I was charged many extra undisclosed fees adding about $200 to my bill

The accommodations were exactly as described. Everything was clean and well supplied. Host even had extra space heaters to use if we needed extra warmth. Host was quick to respond and very kind. We loved our stay!
