Belknap Lookout Holidays from £720

Property is older but with renovations. Bed was excellent. Linens okay. We did not expect sheet change for our 2 night stay but thought the bed would be made and clean towels left. I guess that is no longer standard but we got a towel from the front desk. Their website states "Breakfast available" and we did see a beverage/snack area off the lobby. But it was closed when we went down at 9 am looking for coffee. We were told by the front desk to just walk down the block to Starbucks, "sorry". So just be aware. Also, we had to check in late but read that if it was before 10 PM the lobby was open. Nope, it was locked. The very unfriendly front desk person unlocked it and we were told that with the mall nearby sometimes people looking for trouble would hang out in the hotel so they lock up early. The bar also closed before it's published 11 pm time. Overall, with so many hotel choices in that airport/mall area we will choose a different one next time. BTW, Woodland Mall is very nice, upscale, clean.

Good hotel, comfortable bed, spacious room. Seemed like an older hotel with a half-a** facelift and the free breakfast was a let down it was just bagels and muffins. The staff was really nice

The air conditioner didn’t really work. We had to buy a fan. There were 2 ice machines and the ice machine on the second floor had a sign on it that said to use the ice machine on the first floor. There were 3 floors and one ice machine. We could never get ice. I will say they did have a cold water and hot water dispenser. That was nice. First time to Holland, Michigan and we will be back.

The property was very nice. Good breakfast and the king suite was very large. I didn't care for the $18 parking fee

Great for a weekend stay.
