Thank you for sharing your experience. We will definitely be behind house keeping, having stain linens is not acceptable by our standards. We had numerous conversations and made complains to the neighbor about his dogs, we will now have to contact the relevant authority. Unfortunately Belize get some power supply from Mexico, at the moment Mexico is doing maintenance on the grid that feeds Belize causing Country wide power outage last night for about 2 hours. This is not a regular occurrence. The Hotel next door is a much larger property and yes they fortunately have a generator. We are working on getting a generator sometime soon. There is a security on property, he is stationed in the front, however he does a regular check of the entire property. At the time when you came to the front area, he was doing his rounds of the property. I am glad we were able to answer your questions and concerns immediately when you called the hotel's number, even though the call was answered off property.
