"Parking was good, the room was good. Would have been nice if there was some cutlery at least and maybe a microwave? Spa was nice but one of the water jets points a different direction leading to it spraying the wall if you move the wrong way. There was a function on saterday the 28th which was a shame since we wanted to play pool and weren't disturbing any of the guests yet we were kicked out mid game which was a shame since that was our only chance to play there were also no signs saying that we couldn't enter so we just did thinking nothing of it. And then the saterday night it was very loud due to the music from the function leading to us not getting very much sleep at all. And then having to wake up early to pack up everything before 10am the next morning. "

"The bathroom in the disability room was very spacious with a shower chair & a pull-down bench seat that was very useful. Plenty of space to move around the room."

"We had a 7 day stay we came for our daughter's Wedding - check in was easy, reception staff were lovely and helpful but when it came to our room it didn't take long before we were started to wonder as to when it was last cleaned?? everywhere we looked in our room it was covered in dust - skirting boards, top of fridge every piece of artwork, top of our bed, all around the toilet, we had cobwebs above our curtains, and the dryer filter was full. Our air conditioners weren't cooling the room properly we got told just to turn them down but on further inspection aircon filters were blocked full of dust. I spoke to the 2IC on Sun re: our concerns about our room (except for the aircons this we learnt at a later stage) We were given 2 options 1. They would do a thorough clean of the room the next day or 2. we could leave and go somewhere else; we told them that we would talk about it and let them know our decision the next morning. Our decision was to stay and for them to thoroughly clean the room. We left early the next morning off to do wedding shopping on our return the room had been made up but none of our room concerns had been done. I guess l had insulted them asking for a duster? no duster just both Managers. The manager seemed upset with us and made us feel bad for our complaint l explained our house isn't this unclean. And it wasn't just our room, the passageway just as dirty got told my room is my only concern. We left a day earlier with nothing from them,"

"Well I was going to say at least I didn’t see any live insects in the room but just before we left one crawled out from under the bed Bathroom was beyond disgusting Place would benefit from a bulldozer "

"We arrived to an unihabitable property with animal excrement everywhere, pool not to safety standards and damaged, yard kneehigh with grass and broken glass and metal in various places, rubbish dumped in gardens everywhere, screens missing or broken on multiple doors and windows, mould on every handle in the kitchen, floors dirty and carpets covered in stains. An animal ventured into the house. We had people travelling from interstate and could not remain in the property as two of the children felt ill after just 30 mins inside the house. We were lucky enough to find somewhere else that could accommodate our large group but it was another 2 hours drive away. I would not recommend anyone stay at this property until extensive repairs are made."

"A comfortable stay at this modest motel. Everything worked well and the rooms were clean. Area was quiet day and night with a nice countryside feel. It was a means to an end really as there is limited accommodation options in Picton. The distance from town was too far to walk and taxi options are very limited. There is a nice restaurant attached with great dining options of good quality and reasonably priced. "
