"Nice place. Clean, cool in the heat, easy access. Council Bluffs Lake has no east side access except for hiking from Belgrade side. You will need to travel back north, west, then south to get to the lake beach and bike trails. However, you are closer to Elephant Rocks and Johnson Shut-ins at Belgrade ..."
