Loved it!

The hotel was fabulous. I did not use the bar restaurant because you can smoke indoors in Serbia but the lobby is beautiful with plenty of seating and windows to look outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location to my office was walkable as well with shops across the road.
Waiting for a ride to the airport which is only 15 mins away on a weekday morning st 8am. So convenient

Good staff but room for improvemement.

The bar/restaurant team can be a bit more available and come to the table. We had to wait every time we visited the bar. Also plates and glassea piled up as they was not picked up as we finished. Breakfast staff was great!
