The owner is very responsive to questions and was very willing to assist. The flat is next to a great bakery and 2 blocks from a large open air farmers market making fresh food and baked goods every day an easy pleasure rather than eating in restaurants. Since they aren't bothered by tourist all the times the locals were all pleasant and friendly. The operators of the flat were very responsive.
