  • Duplex apartment with terrace in a condominium with green areas and a large swimming pool. Lozzari beach is 200 meters from the residence.
    a main room serving as kitchen and living room dining room and having a sofa for two beds.
    Kitchen area equipment: dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine
    Other equipment: air conditioning, television, wifi, electric plancha.
    A bedroom with 2 single beds with large closet, a bathroom with bath and toilet. In the upper part of the duplex, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a sanitary area with shower.
    A private outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture, table chairs and parasol.
    A parking space within the residence.
    Ideal location for exploring the nearby villages (Palasca, Beldodere) and the beaches of lozari, ostricone, agriates, including salecce). Ile rousse is 10km, Calvi 30km, St Florent 30km.
    Facilities: shopping center 150 m away (super U, rental of sports equipment, bakery, restaurants, ice cream parlors, newsagent)
    The residence has a concierge giving you the keys on your arrival with inventory of fixtures at the entrance (arrivals normally planned on Saturday between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. in July and August) and on departure (normally scheduled on Saturday morning at the latest at 10 a.m. in July and August).
    Sheets are not provided but can be rented on site: double bed € 23 (2 flat sheets, 2 pillow cases, 2 bath sheets, 2 hand towels, 1 tea towel, 1 bath mat) € 14 for the bed package simple. (If need of this service it is imperative to specify the number of occupants at least 15 days before arrival).

Résidence super avec très belle pisicine. idéalement située. Appartement indépendant sans vis à vis ! Toutes les commodites sont présentes dans l’appartement ! Vraiment Top ! Je recommande. Un petit effort sur le ménage et les toiles d’araignée et sur le nettoyage de la terrasse seraient un plus !

Gute Lage, leider sehr schmutzig

Das Appartement hat eine gute Aufteilung, eine schöne Dachterrasse und eine gute Lage (Spar-Markt, Eisdiele, Pizzeria, etc gegenüber, Strand ca. 10 Min.entfernt). Leider ist es sehr verschmutzt gewesen. Man fragt sich, ob jemals richtig geputzt wird, oder ob dies immer durch die Urlauber selbst erfolgt. Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre, aber der Pool war toll.

Une location tres bien situee pour visiter la Balagne,avec commerces à proximité et une piscine bien agreable, bien entretenue ! La clim dans le logement est bien appréciable. La literie est confortable. Le reste des équipements est basique mais en quantité suffisante et en etat de marche ( attention aux poeles bien abimees...). Le menage est un peu leger niveau poussière. C'est un bon rapport qualite/ prix !

Nous avons passé une semaine debut juillet avec nos deux ados. Le logement est parfait, très propre, lits confortable. Belle plage de Lozari à 10 minute à pied et Grande PIscine avec plusieurs transats. Nous avons fait Calvi, La Revellata, St Florent, PLage du Lotu, Corte, Vallée de la restonica, Foret de Bonifatu. Très bon accueil de Nikita, et bon échange avec le propriétaire. Je recommande ce logement :-)

Visite des villages de Balagne, typiques et très jolis (de belles églises). Lieu de résidence calme, avec toutes les commodités (très bon accueil par Nikita). Magnifique plage du Lotu accessible par saint Florence. Visite de Corte et Bastia sur le chemin du retour. Merveilleux séjour.

Ruhig und Erholsam

Die Anlage befindet sich verkehrsgünstig unweit der Küstenhauptstrasse. Je nach Objektlage ist der Verkehr hörbar, stört aber nicht wirklich. Unser Appartement war sauber, hatte aber kleinere, altersbedinget Mängel wie defekte Türklinke.. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist vorbildliche: Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Elektrogrill, Spülmaschine sind nicht überall zu finden. Die Küchenutensilien sind reichlich und in sehr gutem Zustand. Das Doppelbett im OG ist kein Himmelbett, da es dort schräge Wände und nur ein kleines Fenster gibt. Dafür die die Couch im Wohnraum alternativ als Bett nutzbar. Klimanlage funktioniert. Die Poolanlage mit großem Schwimm- und kleinerem Whirlpool ist sehr gut und gepflegt! Es ist insgesamt sehr angenehm ruhig in der Anlage. Die Kids fanden das nicht so super.. Der Strand ist einer der sehr schönen Strände auf Korsika. Für uns sogar DER schönste, da die Top-gewerteten Strände oft starkt besucht sind, was hier überhaupt nicht der Fall ist. Losaribeach ist da noch ein echter "Geheimtip": Feiner Sand, keine Steine oder Felsen, türkisfarbenes Wasser und eben verhältnismäßig wenig Besucher. Der Grund im Wasser fällt teilweise relativ steil ab: Nach 5..6. Metern kann man nicht mehr stehen!! VORSICHT mit Kindern!! Der Strand ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Wer Berge mag: Die fangen gleich hinter der Anlage an und bieten sehr schöne Trails für Wandrungen und Montainbiking. Gesamtfazit: Für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis SUPER!!

Praktisches Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Das Ferienhaus ist Teil einer Ferienanlage mit Pool. Der sehr schönen Strand ist zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Praktisch sind die sehr gute Bäckerei und ein gut sortierter Supermarkt mit großzügigen Öffnungszeiten in weniger als 5 Minuten Entfernung. Das Feriendorf ist recht eng bebaut, man kann die Route nationale gut hören, sie stört aber nicht sehr. Der Balkon ist morgen und abends beschattet, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Klimaanlagen im Haus ist wirkungsvoll und bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen wichtig. Lozari hat uns als Ausgangspunkt für Erkundigungen im Nordwesten sehr gut gefallen. Hier gibt es viele schöne Stränge, hübsche Bergdörfchen wie Pigna oder Cumbrara und Städtchen wie Ile Rousse sowie Calvi. Im Auto benötigt man weniger als 30 min.

Wohnung in großer Ferienanlage

Die Wohnung liegt in einer riesigen Wohnanlage mit ca. drei Wohnungen pro Haus, dicht an dicht. Alle Bewohner nutzen dasselbe Wlan, deshalb funktioniert es nie. Die Klimaanlage kühlt leider nur den unteren Wohnbereich, im oberen Schlafzimmer kommt keine kühle Luft an. Die Außenterrasse hat ganztags Sonne, der Sonnenschirm darf allerdings nur bei windstille geöffnet werden, was sehr selten der Fall ist. Highlight ist der schöne Strand von Lozari, fußläufig erreichbar, und der Pool in der Anlage, der ist sehr groß und sauber. Supermarkt, Bäcker und einige Restaurants liegen direkt nebenan.

Nous avons passé 15 jours fabuleux dans un joli appartement fonctionnel très bien équipé. Nous avons s bénéficié d'un accueil personnalisé très efficace et attentionné.
