We are offering this charming, air-conditioned flat for rent in the village of Belgodère. It measures 35 m² and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are available at an extra charge.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a pull-out sofa bed and a TV
- A fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine…
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet

Outdoor areas:
- The first terrace, measuring 8 m², is located by the entrance to the flat.
- The second terrace, measuring 10 m², is accessible via the kitchen, which opens onto the living room, and is furnished so you can enjoy sunny days.

Communal area:
- The swimming pool is shared with the residence and is unsupervised. It is open from April to October. Opening dates are for information only and are subject to change by the residence.

The flat is ideally situated in Belgodère, in a very pleasant setting that allows you to reach the main attractions of North-West Corsica quickly: Île Rousse 10 km away, Calvi or Saint-Florent in 45 minutes, the Calanques de Piana, Cap Corse… Furthermore, you’ll be able to make the most of the many shops located just a few hundred metres away throughout your stay: a bakery, restaurants with evening entertainment, a newsagent and tobacconist, and a SPAR supermarket, as well as the beach and water sports centre 500 m away (800 m by car to reach the car park)

- In July: the Calvi on the Rocks festival, the ‘Festivoce’ traditional song festival in the village of Pigna.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park.

- Nearest railway station: L’Île-Rousse station, 9 km away (approximately 13 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Calvi-Sainte Catherine Airport, 32 km away (approximately 40 minutes by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be hired and paid for at the on-site concierge’s office).
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
- The swimming pool is unsupervised.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
