Enjoy a relaxing stay at this spacious 2,100 sq ft riverfront home offering beautiful mountain views and a quiet, peaceful setting. Ideal for families, friends, and pets (with fee), this comfortable retreat provides plenty of room to unwind and enjoy Montana’s natural surroundings. Inside, guests can gather for board games, read a good book, or enjoy a friendly game of pool, with ceiling fans and inviting living spaces designed for comfort after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop, coffee maker, toaster and toaster oven, crockpot, juicer, microwave, and all cookware, dishware, and utensils needed for easy home-cooked meals. Step outside to take in river and mountain views from the patio, enjoy outdoor dining, or fire up the pellet grill with pellets provided for a relaxed evening BBQ. The home sleeps groups comfortably with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed and twin futon in the second bedroom, and two full beds with a twin futon in the third bedroom. Guests will also enjoy WiFi (34 Mbps), central heating and air conditioning, fresh linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. This downstairs unit offers step-free access, the homeowner lives on-site, pets are welcome with a fee paid prior to arrival, and exterior security cameras are in place facing outward only. Ample driveway parking is available for up to five vehicles, with additional space for a trailer.  
  
\*\*Please note: This home is the private downstairs residence in a duplex-style property with another full home located above. Both units have separate entrances, private spaces, and separate parking. The upstairs home is often unoccupied, but may be occupied at times during the year.
