Breakfast
Informed at check in that there would be breakfast options available from 7am. This was not the case! 8am breakfast starts due to Covid issues. Are those staying able to delay the start of their working day due to Covid? I don’t think so. Luckily there was a McD’s nearby, but if I had known about breakfast times before booking I would have booked room only. This small issue is reflected in my overall rating.

Ivanhoe Inn hospitable Hotel
Very Covid aware and have in place subtle effective screens and have taken measures to ensure high level level and assurance to guests. Good excellent and Great Irish breakfast sets you up for the day. Staff helpful and very friendly.

Ivanhoe, a great knight out!
Excellent stay. Very nice room, staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant food was first class. All-in-all, a very enjoyable stay !

Been staying here for years. Public rooms and restaurant have been refurbished, but bedrooms are getting very tired, though clean. Staff were lovely as usual

The uniqueness of the bar area. I expected it to be an older styled hotel. Was not thrilled with the view from my room. Doors slamming due to inconsiderate other guests.

My firstvtrip to Northern Island. The hotel is excellent. Friendly staff, easy parking and nice rooms. The resturant serves great food. Looking forward to returning.

Hotel well sited for belfast and surrounding area with large car park, very clean and staff very helpful. Foor outstanding. I will go back to this hotel soon

Great stay with free parking.
Room and bed was comfortable. Free parking was convenient. Hotel is about 20-25 minutes from the SSE Arena.

Amazing food, friendly staff what more can you wan
Nice decor within the reception and restaurant area. Staff very friendly on welcome Only had a triple room available when booking which was ok, I believe the other rooms have also been recently refurbished. The food was very very very good and again great service. Like the traditional laid back bar which is nice when working away for an evening for a beer and football. Will definitely book again when in the area

Very nice staff, nothing too much trouble, got our request for a twin room wrong, but was put right quickly, room very hot. Food very good at breakfast and dinner, service excellent even when busy. Would stay here again

Another enjoyable stay at The Ivanhoe
A comfortable stay. My room was spacious and clean and there was free parking & free wifi provided. Dinner and breakfast were fabulous and the staff were helpful & friendly. I do prefer the refurbished rooms - maybe next time :-)

Best value hotel in Belfast
If you’re looking ‘value for money’ then this hotel ticks all the boxes. Clean, comfortable and accommodating staff - all found here in this three star establishment. Yes it’s 3-4 miles away from the city centre but you’ll easily pay double the rate for a Belfast centre hotel.

Okay stay - hoping for more
Older hotel - the common areas and reception areas all look news but the room itself was quite old. Beds were sunk in. Amenities in the bathroom were of good quality. This hotel Is far from City Centre- spent too much in cabs getting back and forth to Belfast's attractions!
