Stunning newly built Hood Canal waterfront home with luxurious furniture and amenities that will give you a perfect getaway vacation. Spanning nearly 4,000sf home on a 30,000sf lot. This spacious 4 bedroom, large game room, 3.5 bath offers design perfection. The home’s exceptional elements flows seamlessly through the open living area, dining, and gourmet kitchen. The expansive lush yard, waterfront activities, its 1,000+sf covered porch guarantees an exceptional outdoor bbq & dining experience.  
The space:  
As you enter the home, don’t let the view of the water and the Olympic mountains take your breath away because you are about to experience a design perfection, luxury accommodation that will give you an exceptional experience. As you walk through the entrance, you’ll be greeted with an open family great room, follows by a dining area with table that seats 10 and a large island counter that seats 4\. The roomy kitchen flows effortlessly with 2 ovens, side by side fridge and freezer, 6 cooktops and a sink area which looks out to the water. It has all the gadgets from the food processor to the air fryer and everything else in between. There is also a wet bar area with wine cooler to help the wine enthusiasts store their favorite drinks during their stay. There is a 1/2 bathroom off the kitchen area for the family to use. On this first floor, you will also find the ocean view master suite with its king bed where you can watch the snow fall in the winter through its large windows or enjoy the year round panoramic view of the hood canal water and the cascades of the Pacific Northwest. The secluded large laundry room with double washers and dryers is also on the first floor with provided detergent will help you take care of your used garments during your stay. Upstairs, you will find the second bedroom which consists 2 queen beds, a sitting area and an ensuite full bathroom. This room also has a secluded work-from-home area that will keep you away from all the family’s fun-distracted noise when needed. Our 3rd bedroom has a stylish platform queen bed and an ensuite bathroom which is also accessible for the 4th bedroom. Did we mention that your family will fall in love with this roomy fourth bedroom and its 4 twin bunk beds. Let the kids have their own space, playing board games and chatting up before bedtime. Make no mistake, your equally favorite room will be the game room, which is also on this level. The large screen TV, the foosball table, and the shuffle board game table, all with an expansive waterfront view will bring your vacation to the next level of enjoyment.  
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: Master bedroom: King bed / Bedroom#2: 2 queen beds / Bedroom#3: 1 queen bed / Bedroom#4: 4 twin over twin bunk beds  
KITCHEN: granite counter tops. Granite island with 4 counter stools. Viewed window. Sky light. 2 built-in ovens. Under counter built-in microwave. 6-burners gas cook top. Counter oven, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, food processor, rice maker, pots and pans, stock pot, slow cooker, chinas, silverware, utensils… dishwasher with provided detergent.  
OUTDOOR LIVING: Our no-bank waterfront lot offers an expansive lush backyard with 1000+ square foot covered porch where you can enjoy outdoor bbq, dining, lounging, table tennis, and bean bag toss. When the night comes, you can gather around the waterfront fire pit decorated with romantic string lights, roasting marshmallow and telling stories.  
We have 1 double kayak, 2 single kayaks, and 2 paddle boards for your use. (Please use with care and refer to house rule when utilize the sport equipments)   
Please assume all risks when enjoying your water activities. You can freely kayak and paddle board in open water but Please note and stay within our property line when you’re on the beach as well as on the backyard (map is provided at check in). No shellfish harvesting per law.  
GENERAL AMENITIES: high speed internet. Streaming Disney plus and Netflix. Outdoor drink ware. Indoor Electric fireplace. Central heating and Airconditioning. Double washer and dryer with provided detergent. Iron, hairdryer, bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, q-tips, linens, towels, beach towels.  
PARKING: there are 4 parking spaces in the driveway. Garage is not accessible and is not part of this rental.

\*Guess have access to the entire home, front and back yard with covered porch. The private Beach.  
Guests do not have access to garage and master’s closet.  
\*We have outdoor bbq grill and stove top which operate off from one propane tank. We cannot guarantee the availability of a full tank but the nearest gas station and hardware store is only 3 minutes away. You can also pickup fire woods from the hardware store as needed.  
\*Please respect our neighbor’s property lines as well as quiet time after 10pm.

#### Great place to celebrate July 4th weekend

My family (mom & dad plus 8 young adults) had our annual reunion at this property over the July 4 weekend. The property was just as advertised and the location on the beach was beautiful. We enjoyed the water toys (kayaks and standup paddle boards) during the day and the outdoor firepit / BBQ in the evenings. The Hood "Canal" (which is actually a glacial saltwater fjord) is an impressive body of water and it was interesting to see the daily tidal movement. The unexpected bonus was the impressive fireworks display surrounding the Hood Canal on July 4 (while we were eating s'mores around the firepit). We would definately do this again.

#### Warm and Welcoming!

What a way to spend the week with family! Upon arrival we said we would never leave. The house was so inviting, clean and well appointed. There is plenty of space in the kitchen and family room for everyone to easily be together. The bedrooms and bathrooms were the perfect combination for our group. Everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed the game room and played many rounds of shuffleboard. Bring your binoculars! The view out back was fantastic. We had a great time sitting on the back porch watching Bald Eagles, otters and deer. We all enjoyed the Kayaks and paddle boards and watching the tide change throughout the day. This place is just as pictured and more. I would be remiss if we didn’t mention Chester, a neighborhood cat who paid a daily visit on the porch and thrilled the kids.

Beautiful house on the beach! Great amenities in the bathrooms and kitchen and huge great room area. Really nice patio with seating area and ping pong table that our family enjoyed. The only downsides of our experience was that we had to bring a folding table to place next to the dining table so it could fit our group of 11 as we love to share meals with everyone seated together. And the communication with the property manager was poor when I asked for a later check out time ten days before our stay and had to ask two or three more times and didn’t get an answer until the day before or day of.

This was a last minute choice when our other house fell thru at the last minute, but it turned out to be great! The house is spacious and comfortable with high end furnishings and appliances. The view and sunsets were spectacular, from inside and outside on the lovely covered deck. The water is warm enough to swim comfortably because it is shallow and the tide comes in over hot rocks and shells which warm it up. Make sure to bring water shoes/sandals because the beach is all sharp rocks and shells. Only downsides were that the propane tank on the grill was completely empty so we had to go buy propane on the first day. Also the grill was filthy but when I let the owner know, she sent someone over to clean it immediately. I appreciated that. The available kayaks were also old and broken but she allowed us to use some others that were in better condition. There is a Safeway and a QFC close by, but not much in the way of restaurants. We made paella with local shellfish!

#### Relaxing and ready to meet all our needs :))

We loved cooking and grilling here in the spacious, stocked kitchen. The sunsets were stellar and peaceful and Alexis was ready to answer any questions or provide us with any help. We were in an out of the water all day, on kayaks or swimming, kids and adults alike. What a special trip. Thank you!

#### Amazing house! True luxury!

We loved our stay so much. The house is beautifully appointed with everything you can think of for meals, swimming and everything in between. The views are amazing and the outdoor space was lovely. Beautifully decorated and luxurious finishes and special touches. Alexis was a joy to work with. Very responsive and courteous. Will definitely return and recommend to everyone.
