(3,647 reviews) Outdated rooms, mattress and pillows were very poor quality. Pool bar needs to be better maintained. Restaurants did not deliver. Staff seems to expect a tip for anything they do, from serving water at breakfast, to drinks at any of the bars. If you do not tip, you will not get service. Elevators take a very long time. Coffee bar did not open until 10am, what is the point of coffee half way through the morning? Too many locals pushing you to buy excursions on the beach, not comfortable to try and relax when being hounded.
