Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
AC was really bad. I went to my room, I found the door open to the hallway and the windows open, when I asked why was it so, they said it’s to ventilate...is that a joke? The room smells like sewage and the TV is prehistoric. There is only one employee at the concierge who can’t answer questions without calling his superiors. I couldn’t stay there, I left immediately.

Great value

Great value. This is a great place for a good room in Hamra. Room had a well-equipped kitchenette, shower was really hot, and decent wifi for Lebanon. Highly recommend it and I'll be staying here every time I come to Lebanon.
