Bresteau Holiday Cottage - Sleeps 18

  • Enjoy a wonderful stay in the heart of the Perche Sarthois in this farmhouse, tastefully restored in 2018. Practical, comfortable and welcoming even for a short stay, the house offers peaceful, restful nights just a stone's throw from Bresteau Castle and its 15th-century barn. Fishing enthusiasts will love its 1,000 metres of riverbank along the Huisne and 40 hectares of greenery.



    This 19th-century farmhouse overlooks a tree-lined courtyard and offers a barbecue, table tennis table, parasol, outdoor table and chairs, and private parking. A security deposit is required on arrival.



    Pets are welcome in the accommodation.

    On the ground floor: 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a living room and an equipped kitchen (maximum 12 guests). Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and toilet, air conditioning, a living room and a kitchenette (maximum 6 guests).
