The main partner the hotel is nice and clean/ the pool and all other facilities are outdated and old and not repaired, which should be for this type of hotel. Also, very far away from everything.

Ramada Beijing North
I stayed here for 9 nights, and it was very comfortable. Rooms were pretty big, quiet and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Haidian
Haidian is well liked for its museums and monuments. If you're hoping to get in some sightseeing, Summer Palace and Fragrant Hills Park are top spots, and you can jump on the metro at Xibeiwang Station or Malianwa Station to get around.
