It was a great place to stay. Some of the outdoor staff was not very friendly but overall everyone was. I would stay here again. I've always wanted to stay at a RIU resort and overall satisfied.

We've been to the "go-go" big resort like the SLS BAHA MAR a couple of times before .... then we found this small upscale boutique resort
As seniors, this is a marked contrast much for the better: peace and quiet is NEVER a bad thing .
Highly recommended for the traveller looking for a refined quiet secluded getaway.
PS the spa treatments are fab with a special shoutout for Lynn Lowe as a "must do"

Great trip with a 3 and 4 year old. We had groceries delivered to the room from food2go so we were able to cook dinner for our picky kids before heading to the restaurants. Room was much larger than expected in the reef with full kitchen.
