"At first sight the hotel and the location were a disaster, but after checking in and checking out the room and the amenities the hotel offered I changed my mind and was pleased during the stay. the stuff was very helpful at accommodating our needs and the all inclusive program is great when traveling with kids. "The only two good points about the hotel is the location and price. Air-conditioning also was very good. But i didn't like the rooms and the food. It's not that bad, but in every hotel of 4 stars I was before it was much better. My family last day even didn't agree to come eat breakfast with me there. The swimming pool is small, if you have more than 10 persons inside it becomes crowded. I don't know how many stars this hotel is but i wouldn't give it more than 3 stars. I would recommend it to couples that like to be close the living places, but wouldn't recommend it to families."

"We were shocked by how terrible this hotel turned out to be. The pictures and description online were completely misleading. The place was old, dirty, and poorly maintained — definitely not worth the amount of money we spent. The room smelled musty, the furniture looked like it hadn’t been updated (or cleaned) in decades, and the cleanliness was beyond unacceptable. Stains on the bedding, grime in the bathroom, and dusty surfaces everywhere made it impossible to feel comfortable. We expected at least the basics for the high price we paid, but this place failed on every level. It was a total rip-off and a huge disappointment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere — this place should not be in business until it gets a serious overhaul. "
