"The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were disgusting. The jacuzzi was covered in algae and had what appeared to be a piece of poop at the bottom of it while the pool also had algae and bugs floating around. When I went to scoop out the bugs I discovered there was a roach in the pool. I complained to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. Despite being on site the manager Rachael refused to come speak with me. The front desk left her messages and emailed her, I emailed her and every-time I went to the desk to ask to speak with her in person, they told me she would get back with me. I even complained to corporate and have yet to hear back from her. I will never stay here or at a Hyatt again."
"I have stayed here frequently the last four years and love seeing the same staff every time. It means they are a great hotel and a great employer. DD was the newest rockstar as was Aniya (likely misspelled) at the front desk. Thank you for your continued warmth and courtesy. "
