We’re also conveniently located near Aiken, SC, and the Savannah River Site (SRS), and only about 25 minutes from Amazon, Evans, GA, Martinez, GA, and Fort Gordon/Eisenhower.

    Comfort and Cleanliness: The sofa bed includes a 2-inch memory foam topper. BUT.... it is a sofa bed. Kids do not care. Adults may find it sleeps like a sofa bed.

    All bedding, including comforters and blankets, is thoroughly cleaned before every stay.

    The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials, including pots, pans, a corkscrew, baking pans, and more.A new heating and AC unit keeps the guest house comfortable year-round.

    Additional Information:
    The shared in-ground pool is located just 75 feet from your front door. It is rarely occupied by other guests, so you can often enjoy a quiet and private swim.

    The guest house is a stand-alone unit located at the end of the driveway, approximately 100 feet behind the main house. We live next door if you need anything. The main house is also a rental. But, very rarely are both units rented at the same time.

PERFECT & COZYMy husband and I stayed for 2 nights and wish it could have been longer. We were in town for the weekend for a wedding and couldn’t have chosen a better place. This has to be the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept in for a rental, the room was dark and most importantly quiet. The entire place was spotless and fully equipped for whatever you needed. The great selection of coffee was a welcoming surprise. We were able to enjoy coffee while sitting outside, we were welcomed by one of their sweet cats—he loved to be pet and his purrs were non stop. Truly a great place to call home away from home. Ryan and Andre thank you for hosting us and allowing us the time to enjoy a perfect weekend getaway. If we are back to this area we will most definitely stay with you again!!Zodi and Martin

My family of 3 stayed here 2 nights and it was great. No problems… they had everything we needed. We went to Aiken and Augusta to visit and it was the perfect spot to return to each evening. We would return if ever in the area!

Wonderful Property

What a wonderful place to stay. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon late and was able to check in immediately. It was so easy. The Guest House was sparkling clean and smelled amazing. The accommodations were great and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could have asked for. There was even food in the freezer. The hosts were quick to respond when we had a question but they maintained their promise of providing privacy for us. The pool was crystal clear but, unfortunately because of the weather, we were unable to use it. The next time we will plan our trip with the weather in mind so that we can take a dip. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. They even supplied towels to be used at the pool. Thanks Ryan and Andre Marie for sharing your wonderful Guest House with us. We hope to see you again soon.
