It was very comfortable for our family of four. It is located near the lake and has easy access to to public transportation.
Desiré was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay nice and comfortable. Grazie!

Our 3 kids enjoyed the pool and the restaurant was excellent. It was also very handy having the option to reserve your bakery order for pickup each morning along with take out pizzas. Very comfortable 3 nights and the town of Ascona was lovely

Location is great - right on the front. Rooms are fine but a little ‘premier inn’ especially considering the price.
Surprised that breakfast wasn’t included.
Perhaps hotels.com can improve your labelling.
Given the choice I’d opt for the Castello next door with many rooms cheaper and breakfast and parking included.
