Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. I refused to do valet parking based on how the works sped off in other people’s cars. Required underground parking deck parking. Not easily accessible to hotel.
