Had a great stay in the heart of Birmingham. Key collection was easy - from a local shop and car parking was secure on site. The apartment was modern and clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of places to visit and restaurants all in walking distance.

Lovely hotel in a great part of the city. Lots of places to eat nearby and a few decent coffee shops.
Everything was clean and the restoration shows the heritage but not the age of the hotel. Lovely, airy rooms and beautiful - very clean - bathrooms. Well designed and nicely furnished. Really appreciated the double sinks in our bathroom!
Only downside for me is- the bed was a tad too firm for my liking.

We was told that they are fully booked and unable to place a bed which accommodate 2 adult in the room, the only offer they could give us was two single rooms in different places ..."
