On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre of Bechyně, in a quiet, sunny position, 50 m from the river, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: garden 266 m2 (fenced) with lawn. Terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Public parking 50 m on the road. Shop, grocery 500 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 950 m, swimming bay 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 6 km, tennis 950 m, riding stable 6 km. The house is located by the river Luznice with possibility of fishing, swimming, renting of boats 30 m. In the courtyard are steep steps into the garden in slope. 2-room terraced house 60 m2 on 2 levels. Partly with sloping ceilings, very beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room with 2 beds, open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV and radio.
