Patio doors upstairs would not lock. Game table downstairs broke. Grounds so overgrown with poison ivy we could not go outside. We only stayed two days, we stayed the last 4 days with family. It allowed for privacy but still close to everything. Property was well stocked with everything we needed. A great space for large family gatherings.Cons- Really dirty throughout with tons of dust and cobwebs, mouse droppings in laundry area, tons of clutter. House could definitely use some TLC. Most of the screens were broken and a majority of windows and doors were not operational. House was extremely warm as there is no AC and few fans to cool it off. Not being able to open most windows and sliders made it tough to get it cool. There is really only 1 1/2 baths and only one shower. Bathroom slider door did not close or lock. Bathrooms could use some good scrubbing. Lots of broken things throughout the house. Would not be a safe space for families with young children. Game table was broken and did not have accessories for play. It should be taken off the listing as it was not usable.Overall house did not seem as advertised and we probably would not rent again. ##### Andrea D.
