It was easy to get skis from the locker and only one floor up to a level location that linked up to a green hill that took you easily down to the Bullet lift. The condo itself is beautiful with warm cozy wood tones, lovely decorating and comfortable beds and furniture. Smart TV’s in living room and two of the three bedrooms made for relaxing in the evenings. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and because of the great location, it was convenient for coming back to have lunch then head back out to ski in the afternoon. We had 4 adults and a teen staying and there was lots of room. The games, dvd’s, fireplace and super soft throws made for nice relaxing after skiing and snow shoeing. The hot tub on the deck with amazing views and the steam shower were enjoyed daily. Ryan was very kind and a pleasure to deal with, he responded quickly to any questions we had throughout the booking process and stay! We will for sure want to stay at Ryan’s home at Big White again as it made for a 5 star ski vacation! ##### Linda R. Mostly I liked 2 things about this condo: location and cleanliness. It is very easy to go one floor up and then ski down to the central village and ski school (2 of our kids went to ski school this trip). Even our youngest one managed to ski down the hill the first day. Getting back is also easy if you can do the bigger chair lifts like Bullet Express or Ridge Rocket, which took our youngest one about 3 days to advance to, but once he did, the whole family was so much more flexible with ski in ski out, we did not even need a car. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a good ski in/ski out accommodation. The property is very clean, everything is new and was properly cleaned when we arrived. It is very quite at night, so we all got a good night sleep. I think this is the quietest property out of all places we stayed at Big White so far (and we stayed in about 6 different ones before that). The only thing I would suggest to improve in future is eventually upgrade the mattress in master bedroom to provide better support (it was way too soft for my liking, but my husband was OK with it). We would definitely stay again at this property. I also want to point out that our kids very much appreciated all the Christmas decorations throughout the condo. It made them feel like they are in winter wonderland and brought holiday cheer to our family vacation. ##### Yulia I. True ski in/ski out location We had a great weekend in Ryan and family's condo! Everything is as described in the listing. The unit was spotlessly clean, comfortable and you cannot ask for a better location on the hill. Ryan was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating giving us a late check to squeeze in a few extra hours on cold day. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place.... and Ryan and family are the perfect hosts. Always immediate in his responses to any query. The condo is not only well-appointed but also incredibly well-stocked. One lovely touch was the variety of spices in the kitchen. I was impressed. It was the first time in years that all of our young adult children were together as everyone lives in different cities and had gone to university in other countries, and were now busy with their careers. Most of the time 3 of the 4 would come together - it was super to have everyone together and this place was PERFECT for the reunion. It's relaxing but luxurious. But mostly because it's so well outfitted it simply makes your stay EASY. For example, we made use of the hot tub; though it was August, the evenings were cool and it was lovely to simply relax in the warmth. A wonderful time was had by all! Communication with the owner was quick and in depth. Once checked in, the property was as advertised. Clean and comfy condo that slept 5 adults and 1 child easily. The welcome note from Ryan was a nice touch. The condo has all amenities you could need for a stay at Big White. The main village is easily accessible via the Big White shuttles that run all day. Ski in and ski out was 10 out of 10, doesn't get any better in my opinion. Thank you for a fantastic stay and we will be back! ##### Rylan O. Ryan’s condo was just the place for our family trip to Big White. The condo was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed for our ski week there. Easy ski-in/ski-out. Nice ski lockers just a door or two down from the condo. Awesome location My daughter and I spent 4 nights in this condo. Very nice space with everything we needed. The location for ski in & out is perfect. You have easy acces to Black Forest, Bullet, Ridge and Telus Park chairs right out the door. Easy walk into the village and a shuttle every 30 mins if you prefer. The big, bright windows were perfect for watching the snow fall. We found access to skiing quick and painless having ski locker use and access to the hill metres away from the unit. The underground parking was a blessing as it snowed heavily for four days-our vehicles stayed warm and dry. The condo was more than large enough for six people: three children, two parents, and a grandfather. Some nice details like a cart for shuttling items to your car, a handy information binder, and a large map of the hill right on the wall so you can plot your runs while having a glass of wine. The owner was quick to respond when my husband had trouble with the lock initially (his issue, not the lock as it turned out), and the owner seemed genuinely invested in our satisfaction with the stay.
