### Chalet Monashee-Brand New High End w/Amazing Views

This exquisitely finished and decorated stand-alone house is perched in close proximity to the Village at Big White (with all of its restaurants, pubs and shops) on the private drive of Feathertop Way.   
  
The ski in/ski out is literally right out the backdoor! A nicely maintained cat track runs directly behind the property with quick access to Black Forest.  
  
After a day on the slopes or the trails get warm by the fireplace, relax in the cedar sauna or have a soak in the private hot tub while you enjoy the amazing views of the Monashee Mountain Range and breathtaking sunsets from the south-facing patio and wall of windows.   
  
The interior has high-end features and finishings including marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom wood/brick/tile work, leather recliners, and much more.  
  
The Village at Big White and all of its restaurants and amenities is also just a short walk or shuttle ride away!

We have 4 other beautiful chalets in close proximity that all combined sleep a total of 68 people!

\- There is absolutely no smoking or vaping in the unit(s) or building(s). Failure to abide by this rule could lead to a $1,000 fine if evidence is found in the unit upon check-out.  
\- No parties or events of any kind are permitted on or within the premises unless agreed upon. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.  
\- No additional sound equipment of any kind may be used at or within the premises. Any noise complaint callouts or fines will be charged back to you as the guest.   
\- The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.  
\- The number, type and size of pets will not exceed the Pet Policy in the listing description. Failure to abide by this rule could lead to immediate eviction and a $1,000 fine.  
\- Any noise related, parking related or other strata related fines deemed to be the cause of the guest(s) will be charged back to you as the guest.   
\- The parking stipulations listed in the Listing Description and Check In Instructions document will be adhered to.  
\- If applicable please watch for the snow removal crew and move your vehicle(s) out of the way so that they can clear the parking area.  
\- If you notice any problems or damage to the property upon your arrival, please notify us immediately.  
\- The cost of any excessive cleaning, including removal of garbage & recycling (charged at a rate of $45/hour) as well as any damage deemed to be caused by the guest(s) will be deducted from the damage deposit.  
\- If after your stay we discover that the hot tub has been contaminated enough to require a water change, then you will be charged a minimum of $200.  
\- All garbage & recycling must be removed from the unit and taken to either the designated bins in the building (if available) or the Big White Transfer Station.
