"Becca and Bryan's place is stellar!! It has everything you need and it's in a prime location. It's cozy, clean, inviting, close to town, near the beach, surrounded by woods, and has several amenities. We used the fire pit (wood provided!), the bbq grill (propane provided!), and enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony every morning. I also really appreciated the fan in the bedroom window and the ceiling fans. I highly recommend this rental and I hope to stay here again in the future! "

"We loved our time at the Deckhand's Quarters! We had an extra day before starting our week at a cottage, and this was the perfect place to stay! Next door to a great restaurant and the grocery store... right on the harbor... The apartment was clean and cute and comfortable. Thank you for having us!"

"This cottage is a jewel…tucked away on quiet Indian Point, it’s roomy and has one of the best equipped and outfitted kitchens on the island. The open plan dining and living rooms offer lots of space to gather and play. And the screen porch offers a bug-free spot to relax and enjoy this shady view of Lake Michigan. "

"Remote location, very private, but only a few minutes into town. House had a couple of quirks, but that's part of the Beaver charm. We found the home to be prepared for us, the check in was seamless, and the house was as advertised."

"We loved this house! We cooked all of our meals in the well stocked kitchen, enjoyed coffee on the deck with views of Lake Michigan, played games and watched movies, and all slept great in comfortable beds with plenty of space. Kids loved rock hunting at the beach. Cannot think of anything that would have made it better. Longer drive from town but we knew that and were ok with it. Short drive to the nice beach at iron ore bay and the old light house. Check the binder for maps and tours! We didn’t bbq or have bonfires because fire danger was high the week we were there, but there’s a nice fire pit on the beach that looked fun- just be prepared to shift plans if necessary! We have nothing negative to say, truly loved our stay. Just for others reading reviews though- the bedrooms don’t have blinds or shades, so if you need a dark room to sleep plan accordingly. We thought it might be an issue since our kids go to bed before sunset in the summer, but they were so worn out from our activities all day that they slept just fine. "

The views, the stars, the peace- it’s a week we won’t ever forget. Gerry was SO helpful with all our pre trip questions and made check in and directions so easy.
