"Everything at this hotel was great. The rooms were clean, it was quiet and comfortable. We caught an early morning flight. The hotel shuttle was fast and the staff member driving was very polite and gave directions to where we needed to go. I really felt like I was somebody staying at this property. Would definitely recommend. "

"The room seemed clean and staff were nice though my interaction with them was limited. The room was much smaller than the picture i saw when i booked. I felt like i was in a sardine can. There was one desk chair which meant either my wife or I needed to sit on the bed. The TV had no channels on it, none! Maybe a connection problem but i was too tired to even deal with it so for 2 nights i scrolled my phone an read books. Also, the complimentary coffee in the room, enough for one guest, not two. I will probably rethink staying there again."

"The Hilton Garden inn was very nice. Beautiful lobby seating. Shuttle to airport was prompt. Friendly bartender."

"Convenience and decent exercise area. Room was out of toilet paper and apparently no extra they had to find me a roll to use."

"Coffee maker broken. Wi-Fi unsafe, all my devices reject it. (Rare case) Parking sometimes challenging. Pretty far from terminal, keep 20 minutes in mind for transit."

"The hotel room was great, front desk staff super. Be aware of the hotel shuttle... the shuttle express picked up people at 5 different hotels. We were told we would be the final stop before the airport. Unfortunately, we ended up being the first stop and even though the shuttle driver was driving 80 mph on a wet highway, it took a solid 45 minutes. Had he been upfront with the pickup situation, people could have opted for an Uber. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and room were less then clean. There was a purse bash going on that we were unaware of prior causing the parking lot, the loby to he full and loud. There was long waits for the bathroom by the pool. Hottub and main elevator were out of ordee."
